It’s super easy with us! You can call our office (1.855-308-1188) or visit our online booking page. You can find our availability under the section “When would you like us to come?” Simply choose the day and time that works for you, and we’ll be there.

We do not charge a fee, if the rescheduling is done before 5pm the day before the appointment. After 5 p.m., there is a fee of $50 for rescheduling.

We understand that things happen. Please send a text message through the booking confirmation message or call us at 1-855-308-1188. To meet your schedule, we will do our best to have the cleaners there as soon as possible.

Cleaning Products Used

We utilize a combination of green and traditional cleaning products. While green products are used throughout the majority of your home or business, we prefer to utilize traditional products in bathrooms. This is because it is the most effective way of disinfecting surfaces. In addition to using traditional products, we also use a few traditional ones to provide a refreshing scent after every cleaning. For customers with chemical sensitivities or who prefer green products, that’s no problem! We will be happy to accommodate your needs if you let us know in advance.

It’s highly likely. We can more than likely accommodate your needs, however, these decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Our residential cleaning service is not available on Sundays. We are closed on Sundays.

In order to complete any cleaning, Clean Moves requires access to electricity and water supplied by the customer.

No, you are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. Once your cleaning is complete, walk through the home again to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. However, this is not required.

It would be preferable if this could be arranged, so you do not need to wait if there is traffic or if parking is more difficult than usual upon our arrival.

This rarely happens, but accidents do happen. Please contact our office immediately to work with our insurance provider to get the object of value replaced.

No, our rates are calculated by the information you provide on our booking page. 

A typical cleaning job requires 1-3 cleaners, depending on the size of the property or home.

No, unfortunately, no, none of our cleaners are not allowed to move or lift furniture due to insurance restrictions.

Unfortunately, none of the cleaners are allowed to stand on ladders, stepping stools, or furniture due to insurance restrictions. They do carry dusting poles which enable them to reach an additional 3 – 5 feet.

No, we do not. Our insurance only covers our cleaners inside your house.

Clean Moves does not remove any trash from the property. Additional items will be left inside the property.

No, we are not a moving company. Despite our affiliation with moving companies, we do not provide moving services or quotes.


Your credit card will only be charged after your cleaning crew arrives and conducts a brief walkthrough of your home. A walkthrough is an essential step in ensuring that the size and condition of your home match the information provided in your online order. An email receipt will be sent to you once your card has been charged. NOTE: A temporary hold will be placed on your card the night before your appointment to verify the validity of your form of payment. A hold is not a charge and usually drops after 24 hours.

The only payment methods we accept are PayPal and credit cards. Our payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

  • It includes cleaning the inside of 1 stovetop/oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 microwave, and cabinets 
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, & mopping the floors of the entire home
  • Heavy duty scrubbing of kitchens and bathrooms

  • Interior windows and window sill cleaning
  • Includes cleaning of the microwave and stove top
  • Exterior of kitchen cabinets

Of course not. If you wish, you may book this package on a weekly basis. The package was designed specifically for realtors, but it can be purchased by any client. 

Yes, your home must be vacant. Should your home not be completely vacant when we arrive, we will charge you a fee of $100.
